Hello 👋. I am Stanley. I describe myself as a *Digerati* (a portmanteau of Digital + literati) meaning literate in the digital space. I work as an independent consultant in both software engineering and technical writing. I am well versed in working in the **Scrum - Agile** approach. I mainly work remotely and my experience includes working within cross-cultural, multinational teams across industries like fintech, agriculture and education. As a software engineer, Python is my main tool. I'm comfortable with Javascript and have DevOps experience. My engineering philosophy leans on **Coding is like plastic, there's already much of it in the world** meaning that: - I seek out non-technical solutions in addition to technical ones - I strive to reuse and repurpose code not reinventing the wheel In technical writing, I employ the Docs-as-Code approach.
