Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred but not required.
