We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong Engineering background and a passion for customer service to join our team. This role involves supporting our customers by resolving technical issues and guiding them through the use of Bettermode's API, Webhooks, Custom Code, Single Sign-On (OAuth, JWT, SAML), and the development of custom apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both backend and frontend engineering, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding support.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers using Bettermode's platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution related to API, Webhooks, Custom Code, and Single Sign-On.
• Work closely with Bettermode team and customers to understand user requirements, troubleshoot problems, and deliver solutions.
• Maintain and improve documentation for Bettermode's technical features and developer tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to enhance Bettermode's offerings based on customer feedback.
• 5+ years of web development experience, with a strong foundation in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Proficiency in ES6, TypeScript, React, Redux, Jest, and document-based database design.
• Solid understanding of network services, solution architecture, and micro-services development.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting complex software applications.

• Previous experience supporting SaaS platforms, particularly in areas such as API integration, Webhooks, and custom app development.
• Experience with AWS products and infrastructure, Linux/Unix systems, and open-source software.
• Knowledge of additional databases and technologies such as Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka.
