I'm a Senior software engineering manager by profession with over a decade of experience in software engineering. I have advised several startups and mentored over 30 individuals on leveling up as a software engineer and setting them up for career progression.
I have designed and implemented large-scale distributed systems, some examples
1. Ingesting, Processing, Enriching, and transforming 1.5 Billion events per day via a clickstream pipeline.
2. Designing Real-time odds and tickers applications for live odds and stock trading data to handle millions of concurrent users.
The first company I worked for ( Poshmark ) IPO'd in 2020 and I was one of the founding engineers in the India team.
The second company I worked for ( Squadstack ) grew 3x in revenue during my time there and I headed the growth engineering vertical of the company.

- Scaling the backend distributed systems infrastructure to handle 1.5 billion events per day (2.5x growth from pre-pandemic levels)

- Implemented large-scale logging on web & app platforms using event logging grammar via AWS Kinesis and Apache Spark.
- Solely responsible for pipelining hundreds of millions of data points of growth performance data at individual listing level granularity.
