As the Engineering Manager for Venture Engineering at NAX, I'm responsible for managing all the technical teams building products and ventures for our clients. Researching and molding ideas along with proposing solution architectures for potential ventures or products.

As an Engineering Lead with a focus on ESG Ventures, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end to end solutions that leverage NAX's automated infrastructure. Worked on projects bringing in more than 20M in revenue to the organization.In my role, I lead all technical efforts in prototyping, architecting, designing, and building organizations from the ground up. The ventures I'm responsible have a focus on making ESG business that succeed as for-profit companies, changing the view on ESG from one of altruism to financial opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Rapidly prototype POCs to address risks for potential ventures such as feasibility, viability, and desirability • Lead multiple teams of engineers, internal and augmented, both US and Europe based to onboard to our platform and contribute to our businesses at NAX's speed. • Architect and build highly distributed systems that scale by default and are production ready by day one • Translate product requirements and desires into clear, concise, and testable components • Research and identify upcoming legislations and data sets related to ESG domains, integrating directly with these partners on multiple ventures • Writing and reviewing code at all ends of the stack, maintaining NAX's bar of standard and quality high
